15,000 Women at Google have been through this transformative leadership program

This program started as The Coffee Club back in 2015. It started as small 100 member pilot in Mountain View.

10 years later, over 15,000 women at Google have been through this program. then it has keep scaling and growing globally and we stopped counting. In 2025, we celebrated 10 years of the Coffee Club.

The new, upgraded and external-facing version of this career advancement program is now called the Top 5% Method Career Accelerator.
